Michigan Weekend

We hadn't been to see family in Michigan since Christmas time.  So we went for a weekend and were able to see both sides of the family!  

I hosted a bridal shower for a good friend in the area, I am in her wedding end of April.  During that party my brother proposed to his girlfriend, Kaitlin, then there was a huge celebration afterwards with our family and her family.  She said yes, and we are sooo excited to welcome her into our family!  Bring on the wedding planning!

We then spent some time in Grant.  Josie did some sledding, you can tell she LOVED it....not.  Her eyes in this picture are bugging out of her head!

March Birthday Celebration

5 Months Old

Our little Briana is 5 Months old already.  She is just growing like a weed.  She is about 15lbs (50th Percentile), not sure exactly since she hasn't had a doctors appointment in a while.

She is becoming so fun and interactive.  Some of her new things: she is rolling over, laughing at us when we are silly, notices when she is left alone in a room (and does NOT like it!), and starting to prefer Alec and I over other people.

We started eating oatmeal and applesauce, which is still a work in process.  She is getting better at it though. We still haven't tried any other food yet.  I bought an avacado and peas, so we'll see how some green stuff goes.

My mother-in-law took some great pictures of her while we were in Michigan for a visit!  Brie would NOT smile for anything, but we still got some cute ones.
